About the Role

As an Application Architect – Oracle Cloud Applications at IBM Consulting, you’ll play a key leadership role in defining enterprise-grade solutions for clients using Oracle Cloud technologies. You will work directly with stakeholders to transform business problems into technical solutions, collaborating with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and design to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and define Oracle Cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs
• Act as a client advocate and technical advisor, ensuring quality, integration, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical architecture
• Oversee Oracle Cloud Implementation including OIC, OCI, and Oracle Analytics
• Configure and administer CC&B, C2M Thread Pool Worker
• Apply relevant Oracle patches to CC&B/C2M applications and databases
• Guide the project team through all project phases and deliverables
• Resolve complex customer issues through tailored architecture solutions

Requirements:

• Required Education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred Education
• Master’s Degree
• Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation
• Expertise in OIC, Oracle Analytics, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Familiarity with all project phases including staffing, timelines, and deliverables
• Preferred Experience
• Strong experience in solution design and implementation of complex Oracle Cloud projects
• Configuration and administration of Oracle CC&B and C2M applications
• Application of Oracle Patches for both applications and databases
• Ability to resolve high-impact customer issues with architectural insight
